- *Key Responsibilities:**
Virtual Livestream Event Moderator
As a Volunteer Virtual Livestream Event Moderator for the SELF-LOVEapalooza Festival, you will be responsible for:
Audience Engagement
- Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.
- Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat.
- Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment that makes everyone feel welcome.
Live Session Moderation
- Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all.
- Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests, fostering meaningful connections and dialogue.
- Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule, working closely with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues.
Community Building
- Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included, valued, and empowered to share their thoughts and ideas.
- Help amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue and creating a safe space for self-expression.
