Job Title: Labor & Employment Partner (Management Side)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $300,000–$550,000+ DOE, plus bonus and full benefits package

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced labor & employment attorney looking to handle a mix of employment litigation and advisory work for regional and national employers across a variety of industries.
- Key Responsibilities
- Advising employers on labor & employment matters including workplace policies, employee relations, wage & hour issues, and discrimination claims.
- Handling employment litigation matters in state and federal court.
- Representing employers before agencies including the EEOC and NLRB.
- Drafting employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies.
- Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing in Georgia.
- Significant management-side labor & employment experience.
- Strong litigation and counseling background.
- Excellent writing, advocacy, and client management skills.
- Portable business welcomed but not required.
