- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing accurate and timely resolutions to claims customer service inquiries
- Advising clients by telephone of the status of their claims inquiries
- Coordinating client follow-ups with appropriate claims adjusters
- Providing support and backup assistance to other areas of the Customer Service Center as needed
- Demonstrating commitment to careerzynith's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and applying knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards, and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work
- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous inbound telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Attention to detail
- Insurance experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and working knowledge of PMA Claims Systems are a plus
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Knowledge of claims handling procedures and regulations
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
