  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely resolutions to claims customer service inquiries
  • Advising clients by telephone of the status of their claims inquiries
  • Coordinating client follow-ups with appropriate claims adjusters
  • Providing support and backup assistance to other areas of the Customer Service Center as needed
  • Demonstrating commitment to careerzynith's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and applying knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards, and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous inbound telephonic customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Insurance experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and working knowledge of PMA Claims Systems are a plus
