- Strengthen vendor partnerships and streamline production terms
- Drive operational excellence across Apparel and Beauty categories
- Coordinate vendor negotiations and manage production timelines
- Maintain up-to-date vendor documentation and compliance reports
- Support vendor meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Assist in cost benchmarking and quote analysis
- Lead preparation and updates of Vendor Negotiation Guidelines
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Beauty Operations teams
- Monitor vendor onboarding documentation and risk trackers
- Support the evaluation and onboarding of new vendors
- Deliver dashboards and summaries on cost trends, lead times, and vendor performance
- Requirements:
- Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- 3+ years in vendor management, sourcing coordination, or production support (apparel or beauty preferred)
- Strong understanding of vendor negotiation processes, costing, and supply chain timelines
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail — able to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools for vendor tracking and cost analysis
- Skilled communicator, able to build trust with both external factories and internal stakeholders
- Growth mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving operational inefficiencies
