Job Summary
- The Elite Job is seeking passionate, skilled, and dynamic Online Tutors / ESL Teachers to join our growing team of remote educators. As an Online Tutor, you will conduct engaging one-on-one or small group sessions, deliver customized lesson plans, and ensure an enjoyable, productive learning experience.Key Responsibilities

- Participate in periodic training sessions, team meetings, and quality evaluations.
- Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or any related field (TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification preferred).

- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- *
- Proficiency in using online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- *
- Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity toward diverse learners.

- A reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and appropriate teaching equipment (microphone, webcam, headset).
- Experience

- Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in an online or ESL environment.

- Experience with curriculum design or educational technology is an advantage.
