Job Summary
This opportunity is for licensed Real Estate Brokers seeking a flexible independent contractor role in South Carolina. It is designed for professionals who prefer a performance-based structure and want access to tools, training, and collaboration across real estate-related functions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesReal Estate Broker Duties:
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and negotiating real estate transactions
- Oversee and support real estate deals in accordance with local requirements
- Maintain communication with clients, agents, and transaction partners
- Use available tools and resources to support property-related activities
- Coordinate with supporting professionals during transactions
- Participate in training and team development sessions as needed
- Work Environment:
- Remote and/or local flexibility
- Independent schedule management
- Virtual or in-person collaboration as needed
- Access to CRM systems, onboarding, and training resources
Compensation
- This is a performance-based independent contractor role. Compensation may include:
- Income based on completed transactions
- Referral-based earnings, where permitted by law
- Participation in company incentive programs, where applicable
Earnings vary depending on experience, production, and market conditions.
- Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina Real Estate Broker License (required)
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of real estate transactions
