Job Overview:
- We are currently seeking a Senior ServiceNow FSO - Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a remote contract position with our client. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) solutions while ensuring successful implementation, integration, and support.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow FSO-related issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
- Implement ServiceNow best practices to optimize performance.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Support testing teams with validation of test cases and UAT. Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Experience with Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM, SAM) modules.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including development and testing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
