This full-time, Monday through Friday role offers a dynamic environment across multiple school sites, with a typical 40-hour workweek during the 2026-2027 academic year (August 6, 2026 to May 27, 2027). Youāll collaborate closely with school teams, assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to each studentās unique needs.
- The ideal candidate will bring:
- A Masterās degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist licensure
- Current IVP fingerprint clearance card (or ability to secure before start date)
- Strong understanding of pediatric therapy within school settings
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload spanning early childhood to high school
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to identify studentsā OT needs
- Developing and executing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Supporting student participation and achievement in classroom and school activities
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with state/school district standards
- Serving as a resource and advocate for best practices in OT
