Treasury Management Officer/Business Development - Elizabethtown, Lexington, Louisville & Bowling Green Areas

We are currently seeking applicants for a Treasury Management Officer/Business Development. This position could be located in Bowling Green, Lexington, Louisville, or Elizabethtown, KY.
Qualified Candidates will be responsible for:
- Deposit Growth & Sales
- Proactively solicit and grow core deposits from new and existing commercial, municipal, and nonprofit customers
- Identify client cashâflow needs and recommend treasury management solutions that deepen relationships and stabilize deposits
- Partner with commercial relationship managers, retail leaders, and senior management to support relationshipâbased deposit growth
- Participate in joint calling efforts with relationship managers to drive fullârelationship banking
- Support public funds, operating accounts, escrow accounts, and other largeâbalance deposit relationships
- Treasury Management Solutions
- Sell and support treasury products including (but not limited to):
- Business checking and savings
- ACH origination and payments
- Remote deposit capture
- Online and mobile banking services
- Wire services and fraudâmitigation tools
- Work closely with operations and implementation teams to ensure timely onboarding and high service standards
- Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for treasury management clients
- Conduct periodic relationship reviews focused on deposit stability, service utilization, and growth opportunities
- Resolve service issues and coordinate internally to ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Strategy & Reporting
- Track and monitor deposit growth, erosion, and service utilization
- Provide management with reports on deposit pipelines, closed opportunities, and portfolio trends
- Support bankâwide initiatives related to liquidity, funding strategy, and balanceâsheet management
- Compliance & Risk
- Ensure all treasury services and deposit relationships comply with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk guidelines
- Maintain a strong understanding of BSA/AML, OFAC, and accountâopening requirements as they relate to deposit relationships
- Candidates must also have knowledge of:
- Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills
- Solid understanding of business cashâflow cycles and operating account behavior
- Ability to collaborate effectively with relationship managers, operations, and senior leadership
- Strong organizational, followâup, and presentation skills
- Enter Qualifications:
- 5+ years of banking experience with a focus on treasury management, business banking, or commercial relationship management
- Proven success in deposit gathering and relationshipâbased sales
- Experience working with commercial, municipal, or publicâfund clients preferred
This position reports to the Chief Banking Officer.
