Job Description
We’re looking for a charismatic, English-speaking Spanish content creator to help us launch the Spanish version of our AI language learning app.
Your role will be to create engaging short-form videos that teach Spanish to English speakers in a simple, fun, and highly digestible way.
This is not traditional teaching — we are looking for content that feels native to TikTok/Reels and is optimized for attention and engagement.
- What You’ll Do:
- Create short-form videos (15–60 seconds) teaching Spanish in English
- Focus on practical, real-life phrases (dating, travel, daily conversations, etc.)
- Film face-to-camera content (you are the “teacher”)
- Post content consistently across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or YouTube Shorts
- Test different hooks, formats, and trends to drive views and engagement
- Content Examples:
- “3 Spanish phrases you’ll actually use on a date”
- “Stop saying THIS in Spanish — say this instead”
- “How to sound natural in Spanish (not like a textbook)”
- What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Strong on-camera presence (this matters a lot)
- Experience creating short-form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
- Understands hooks, retention, and viral content formats
- Able to simplify Spanish into clear, beginner-friendly explanations
- Nice to Have:
- Experience teaching Spanish (not required)
- Experience growing a social media account
- Editing skills (CapCut, etc.)
- Compensation:
- Monthly base + performance-based bonuses (views, followers, conversions)
