HormoneMD is seeking a proactive and patient-centric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing telemedicine platform. We specialize in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, and wellness optimizations. This is a 100% remote, independent contractor (1099) position offering maximum flexibility for providers who value autonomy and high-quality patient care.
- Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and provide remote medical care via the MDPortal platform.
- Develop and manage treatment plans for hormone and peptide therapies.
- Proactively manage patient follow-ups to ensure continuity of care and optimal health outcomes.
- Maintain timely and accurate medical records (asynchronous follow-ups supported).
- Requirements
- Licensure: Active NP license in multiple states. Active DEA license.
- Experience: Previous experience in hormone health, HRT, or peptide therapy is a significant plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using telemedicine technology and maintaining a stable, professional remote environment.
- Reliability: Strong commitment to scheduled availability and proactive communication.
