Job Description
- The Music Operations role is responsible for managing end-to-end operational processes for the Meta Music pillar within Creative Audio, ensuring that music and audio assets are accurately processed, compliant, and available across Meta platforms.Requirements
- Manage the intake, processing, and administration of music and audio assets to enable availability across Meta surfaces
- Maintain operational service level agreements (SLAs), runbooks, and escalation paths for ingestion, availability, and catalog integrity issues;
- Manage music metadata quality and standards (e.g., DDEX/Digital Data Exchange) to ensure assets are accurately represented, discoverable, and reportable
- Partner with internal teams including Product, Legal, Partnerships, Engineering, Data, and Operations to align on music availability, rights management, tooling requirements, and reporting needs
- Translate operational requirements into scalable process and tooling improvements; identify root causes and drive durable fixes with cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead ongoing management of music and audio suppliers, artists, and partners, including contract drafting support, sourcing support, and delivery tracking
- Support operational reporting needs, including data reconciliation and tracking of content status, deliveries, and issues Benefits
