As a Bilingual Customer Service Disbursal Coordinator at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting client meetings at case closure to finalize necessary documentation and gather valuable feedback on their experiences.
- Actively representing our firm at various company-sponsored events, including client appreciation and community outreach activities.
- Providing support to the front office coordinator as required.
- Engaging with clients on a daily basis, delivering impactful and meaningful outreach.
- Occasionally traveling to remote offices to facilitate disbursal processes.
