Experience Required: 10-12 years of experience in SAP SD OTC as a Product Analyst.

Job Location: US (MA, Boston - Remote)

Time zone Preferred: Candidates in EST or CST time zones only

Job type: 4 - 6 months (with possibility of extension

    Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in Technology, IT, or Product Management
  • 8+ years of SAP ERP experience (OTC focus)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum

Job Summary:

The SAP OTC Product Owner is responsible for driving the delivery, enhancement, and optimization of SAP S4 Order-to-Cash (OTC) capabilities. The role combines product strategy, SAP expertise, and agile execution to improve business processes, data quality, and customer operations

Core Responsibilities

    Product Vision & Planning
  • Define OTC product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Translate user needs into actionable plans and KPIs
  • Identify opportunities using AI, automation, and analytics
    Solution Delivery & Execution
  • Partner with engineering for high-quality, on-time delivery
  • Manage backlog, user stories, and sprint execution
  • Resolve blockers and ensure alignment
    Agile Execution & Team Enablement
  • Drive Agile practices and continuous improvement
  • Lead ceremonies and track team performance
    Stakeholder Collaboration & Discovery
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and priorities
  • Conduct discovery and process analysis
  • Manage expectations on feasibility and delivery
    Digital Innovation & Enablement
  • Promote AI, automation, and digital solutions
  • Support solution design and effort estimation

Required Skills & Expertise:

    SAP S4 OTC Expertise
  • Strong experience in SAP S4 OTC (SD focus)
  • Working knowledge of FICO, MM, PP, WM/EWM
  • Ability to design solutions within platform constraints
    Product & Technical Skills
  • Experience in product ownership and Agile delivery
  • Strong backlog management and cross-functional coordination
  • Ability to translate business needs into solutions
    Leadership & Soft Skills
