## Overview

We’re looking for a **Creative Production Manager** to own and execute end-to-end content production across ecommerce, social, and paid channels.

This is a **full-time remote role** focused on **pre-production, shoot execution, and delivery** — not just creative ideas.

You will be the bridge between product, creative, and performance — ensuring every shoot is planned, organised, and executed to a high standard.

We need someone to **own the entire production process** and bring structure, clarity, and accountability.

## Responsibilities

    ### Pre-Production (Core Focus)
  • Build shoot briefs based on product and campaign priorities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather all required information
  • Manage product samples (PP samples, final production, tracking)
  • Create detailed run sheets and shot lists
  • Ensure shoots are fully prepared ahead of time

    ### Shoot Execution
  • Source and book models
  • Coordinate photographers and videographers
  • Book locations and manage logistics
  • Run shoot days (remotely or on-site where required)
  • Ensure output aligns with brief and commercial goals

    ### Budget & Planning
  • Build and manage production budgets
  • Track cost per shoot and optimise spend
  • Manage freelancers, contractors, and external partners
  • --
    ### Post-Production Coordination
  • Manage editors and asset delivery timelines
  • Ensure assets are delivered on time and meet requirements
  • Organise content for use across ecommerce, ads, and social
  • --
    ### Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with:
  • Creative / Brand Lead
  • Performance / Paid Media team
  • Product team
  • Ensure alignment across all stakeholders

    ## Requirements
  • 3+ years in **creative production, content production, or similar role**
  • Experience working with **ecommerce or DTC brands**
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Experience coordinating:
  • Photoshoots / video shoots
  • Models, locations, and production crews
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and ownership mindset
