We're seeking an experienced Online/Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team on a part-time, temporary basis (10-20 hours/week). As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to HIPAA compliance guidelines. - Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance guidelines when handling sensitive data
- Work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry and management
- Participate in regular remote staff meetings and video conferences
- Develop and maintain a HIPAA compliant home office/workspace
- Provide own computer and reliable internet access
- Meet productivity and efficiency targets, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- *Key Requirements:**
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance guidelines and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite
- Experience with data management software (Smart-sheet) is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (as required)
- Reliable internet access and a modern computer with current software
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working with children's Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Familiarity with careerzynith's digital solutions and management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

- *Note:**
- This is a part-time, temporary position (10-20 hours/week)
- The initial 90-day training period requires a regular schedule between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday
- After the training period, work hours may be scheduled between 8:00 AM-10:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday
- Employees must provide their own computer and reliable internet access
- To be considered for this position, the prospective Data Entry Clerk must have the following equipment and software: + Modern computer with current/updated software+ 2 monitors and high-speed internet access+ Excel, Word, and Smart-sheet knowledge is a plus
