- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Order Entry Specialist II at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
- Providing first-point-of-contact support for general customer inquiries, including pricing, products, scheduling, and more.
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
- Interacting with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
- Performing a range of Customer Service support tasks, including analyzing abnormalities and identifying causes and remedies.
- Working closely with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of invoices.
- Daily sorting and mailing of printed invoices to customers.
- Scanning and emailing invoices to customers as needed.
- Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site.
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or order entry position.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
