As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries from our clients in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. - Research and respond to written inquiries from clients in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately and efficiently process client information
- Collaborate with our team to resolve client issues and concerns
- Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Adhere to careerzynith's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security protocols
- *Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft suite
- Detail-oriented
- *Preferred Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
