As a Data Entry & Claims Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately processing and managing claims data, ensuring alignment with established procedures and timelines.
- Making routine decisions based on discretion, escalating significant matters as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date member records, confirming eligibility and effective dates for benefits.
- Applying policy provisions effectively and handling sensitive customer data with discretion and confidentiality.
- Demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs, ensuring high-quality service in all tasks.
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- **Education**: A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- **Experience**: No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
