  • *Key Responsibilities:**

### Data Processing

  • Act as the day-to-day processor of incoming client data, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Assist with data collection, entry, processing, and delivery to systems, maintaining data integrity and quality.
  • Collaborate with data and development teams to enhance data fidelity and resolve data-related issues.

### Quality Control

  • Run reports for internal and/or external clients and provide key data elements to leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare, proof, and edit documents and spreadsheets, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Identify data shortfalls and collaborate with data and development teams to enhance data fidelity and quality.

### Operational Support

  • Serve as the point of escalation for clients and team members regarding data issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Propose solutions to ensure business continuity, maintaining a proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Provide operational support specific to client data for payor engagement managers, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

### Data Governance

  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of all internal and external data and reporting processes, maintaining data confidentiality and security standards at all times.
  • Maintain adherence to data confidentiality and security standards, ensuring the protection of sensitive client information.

### Additional Duties
