Role: Medical Device Service Operations Consultant
Location: Remote
Type: W2 Contract
- Required Skills:
- MedTech / Medical Device Commercial Consulting, Commercial Sales Operations, and Field Service Transformation
- Service & Repair Operations including Depot Repair, Preventive Maintenance, Break/Fix, Warranty, Entitlement, and RMA Management
- Field Service Management (FSM), Scheduling & Dispatch, Technician Mobility, Parts Logistics, and Asset Management
- End-to-End Process Transformation including Lead-to-Order, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Service-to-Resolution
- CRM & Service Platforms: Sales/Service Cloud & Field Service, Dynamics 365, and CSM/FSM
- Transformation Program Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Service Revenue Growth, KPI/SLA Management, AI/IoT Enablement, and Customer Experience Improvement
