As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, electronic correspondence, and written communication
  • Utilizing electronic time management systems to input time and attendance
  • Maintaining status to accept telephone and electronic constituent orders and requests
  • Analyzing customer communication to offer appropriate sales recommendations of products that support organizational objectives
  • Inputting customer requests into database and researching and reviewing billing, product, or shipping questions
  • Following up with constituents as necessary
  • Reading and analyzing incoming e-mails and correspondence of both spiritual and business nature and responding according to written procedures
  • Extracting mail and performing scanning processes as necessary
  • Accepting and directing inbound calls to the appropriate department or service
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all work and adhering to all company policies and procedures

As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you'll need to be proficient in:
