To ensure that you can provide excellent customer service, you'll need to meet the following technology standards:

- **Dual Monitors**: Dual monitors are strongly recommended to ensure that you can multitask and provide excellent customer service.
- **Windows 10 or 11**: You'll need to maintain the most recent version of Windows 10 or 11 (fully patched with no pending updates).
- **Apple or Android Cell Phone**: You'll need an Apple or Android cell phone for secondary code verification.
- *What You'll Do**
As an inbound customer service representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- **Serving as an Initial Point of Contact**: You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving issues.
- **Providing Support for Existing and Prospective Clients**: You'll provide support for existing and prospective clients via inbound telephone calls.
- **Resolving Concerns**: You'll resolve concerns on retail, commercial, fraud, forgery, ID theft, policy, and procedural questions.
- **Identifying Cross-Sell Opportunities**: You'll identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals as appropriate.
- **Providing Accurate, Confidential Client Service**: You'll provide accurate, confidential client service through general servicing knowledge.
