- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and stay ahead of industry trends
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
