As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner

- Accurately documenting call content in real-time, using our proprietary software

- *Schedule and Work Environment**
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life. Our schedule includes:
- Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Rotating holidays as needed

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Pay: $17.75/hr

- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- New York State residency required

- Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
