As a Customer Service Associate IV at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions

  • Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary
  • Answering technical queries from customers using online technical references and offering alternatives using available resources
  • Driving corrective actions and improvement projects that will raise customer satisfaction levels

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Typically 4 or more years of related work experience
  • A high school diploma
  • Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred
