Job Description: We are seeking a bilingual agent fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, handle inquiries professionally, and assist in bridging communication between Spanish-speaking clients and our company.
- Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. resident or hold a valid visa/work authorization to work in the United States
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service or support experience preferred
- Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both Spanish and English
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
