We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.   • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer telephone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and knowledgeable information to customers regarding account maintenance, refund inquiries, and password resets
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of current tax laws and policies to accurately educate and advise customers
  • Performing light to moderate research using online web tools to resolve customer issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing technology to provide advanced support to customers
  • Maintaining confidentiality of customer information and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
  • *Minimum Entry Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of call center experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing information
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Customer Service: Ability to appropriately address customer issues, in the interests of achieving customer satisfaction and respecting business needs
  • Results Orientation: Ability to identify the most appropriate method for completing a project or reaching a goal
  • Good Judgment & Decision Making: Ability to evaluate all the relevant aspects of a situation, such as potential consequences, and make an appropriate decision

  • Experience working in a high-volume contact service environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish or second language, with good verbal and written communication skills in English
