As a Lead Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome to our store
  • Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
  • Making purchase suggestions to customers and promoting our products and services
  • Working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
  • Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining entry-level management experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing fast and friendly service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A strong work ethic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Sales associate or cashiering experience
  • Entry-level management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Motivation to advance in your career
  • Willingness to learn and have fun!
  • *Physical Requirements**

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
