We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Client Experience and Team Development team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, Quality, Labor, and Learning and Development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to drive business growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • *What You'll Need**
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-channel contact center management or healthcare/medical services experience or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to adapt to rapidly changing objectives and priorities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated teaching and leadership abilities, with a focus on developing and empowering team members
  • Living within 100 miles of Pittston, PA is required
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (5+ years industry experience in lieu of degree)
  • Strong PC and web skills in a technology-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel is a must)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on presenting data and information to groups
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Position may require travel
