- *Responsibilities**
As a part-time Chat Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
- *Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a definite bonus
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- *Training and Requirements**
As a remote employee, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training via Zoom, covering everything from our products and services to our customer service standards. To ensure your success, you'll need:
- Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Ability to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT
- The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
