Our Customer Service Representatives work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive hourly rate starting at $22 per hour and regular wage increases.   • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding calls from customers and resolving issues related to service or billing in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of careerzynith's business and services to effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer disputes and improve customer satisfaction
  • Effectively communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and promote careerzynith's products and services
  • Adjusting complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation
  • Interviewing customers, recording interview information into computer systems, and soliciting sales of new or additional services
  • Filling out contract forms, determining charges for service requested, collecting deposits, preparing change of address records, and issuing discontinuance orders
  • Demonstrating effective use of software applications, including MS Word and Excel, and other proprietary operational systems
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, cooperative, and high-call-volume environment
  • Covering the reception desk when necessary
  • *Working Conditions & Physical Effort**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in an office setting with a clean, well-ventilated, and well-lit environment. You'll have your own workstation or cubicle space, equipped with a telephone, headset, and computer. The work environment can be noisy, and you may experience repetitive and stressful situations, but we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being.

  • *Minimum Job Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish (bilingualism is a must)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email (typing and 10-key skills are required)
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • The ability to analyze and solve problems, gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
