As a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be working remotely, but with the flexibility to collaborate with our team and access our resources from anywhere.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Finnish, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new solutions
- Collaborate with our training team to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Participate in regular performance reviews and development discussions to ensure career growth and success

- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken)
