- *Key Responsibilities**
- Perform operational reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and suitable modeling to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop assessment frameworks for the organization to invest in various continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to business decisions by presenting insightful analysis and methodical attention to the end-to-end impact of systems, equipment, and ongoing support requirements
- Identify opportunities and drive automation in current support processes
- Develop ad-hoc business analysis and present findings to senior leadership on strategic decisions and deliberate future initiatives
- Facilitate business evaluations with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business administration)
- Advanced understanding of Excel, including data analysis, visualization, and modeling
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment
- Expertise in SQL/Quicksight (or equivalent Amazon relevant data sources)
