- As a Virtual Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing our proprietary software to manage customer interactions and track performance metrics
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Working independently from home, with regular check-ins and support from our management team
- *Computer Requirements:**
- To ensure a seamless and productive experience, we require the following computer specifications:
- A personal desktop computer or laptop with a minimum I5 processor
- 8 GB of RAM Memory or more
- Internet minimum Speed: 50MBPS
- Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Browser: Internet Explorer 11 or Chrome
- 2 Monitors: Capable of displaying at least 1024 X 768 pixels
- Sound: Must have a sound card installed and be equipped with speakers or headphones
- USB Headset: A headset that plugs into your computer
- *Approved Anti-Virus Software:**
- Our IT team will guide you through computer & virus protection. We recommend using either ESET or McAfee, which are both approved by careerzynith.
