- Keeping the job posting open with internal visibility only to prevent external job board postings
- Collaborating with our recruitment team to identify and engage potential caregivers
- Building relationships with caregivers to understand their needs and preferences
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for both caregivers and clients
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in caregiving and recruitment
