- Analyzing and resolving any issues or concerns related to the chat lead system

- Manage internal chat lead system, ensuring timely and effective communication between caregivers, clients, and internal teams
- Receive and process chat employment leads from AidQuest, maintaining accurate records and updating job postings as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to the chat lead system
