- *Position Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and support
- Helping customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- *Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
