To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer support experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
- Comfortable using web browsers such as Firefox and Chrome
- Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work Monday through Friday
- Ability to speak French is a plus
