As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Working remotely from your home office, equipped with the necessary computer and equipment to succeed in this role
  • Supporting our field's peak season, which starts building around February
  • Managing the customer relationship to ensure best-in-class service
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Assisting customers by offering remedies to retain business
  • Using gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement virtually
  • Working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure consistent support for our customers

  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School/GED
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, either within or outside a call center
  • Completion of a Culture Index assessment
  • Verification of internet speed
  • Ability to pass a computer assessment
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen
  • Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise
  • A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting
  • Minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem
