- Key Responsibilities
- Provide application and operational support for telecom systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve production/application issues
- Work closely with business and technical teams for issue resolution
- Monitor system performance and support operational stability
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change management activities
- Maintain support documentation and follow support processes
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticket tracking and issue management
