- *Responsibilities**
As a Full-Time Luxury Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Advising and assisting customers with their leather repair and care needs through our online portal
- Providing hands-on technical support for the repairing of luxury leather products
- Entering repair work orders into POS and online systems
- Assisting customers with service, work estimates, or existing work order questions
- Performing Quality Control and Data Entry for repairs
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient repair processes
- *Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous after-sales experience in shoe & handbag repair, preferably with a luxury goods brand
- A strong attention to detail and inspection skills
- The ability to lift boxes over 25 pounds
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Experience in leather/garment care or the luxury goods industry is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM software, Google G Suite, and/or other POS software is a plus
- Long-term plans to stay with careerzynith, as this job requires training and investment from our staff

- Experience in customer service, sales, or technical support
- Knowledge of luxury leather goods and repair techniques
- Familiarity with online platforms and software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
