As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll be the face of careerzynith, promoting our brand and resolving customer conflicts in a professional and effective manner. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service through demonstrating product knowledge, problem-solving, and research skills
- Manage high-quality communications with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Meet high qualitative and productivity KPI expectations, including quality of customer interactions, average handle time, adherence to shift, and more
- Promote the careerzynith brand through conflict resolution abilities and effective communication skills
- Advocate for our players to help us grow the business
- Become licensed in multiple states, through applicable gaming commissions, to assist customers across platforms
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong product knowledge and research skills
- Ability to meet high qualitative and productivity KPI expectations
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10pm-6am)

- Experience in the gaming industry or a related field
