- *The US Customer Finance Team**
Our US Customer Finance team is a critical partner in driving business growth and revenue planning. We provide centralized financial expertise to our customer interaction channels, including brand marketing, loyalty programs, partnerships, order & pick-up channels, and payments. We work closely with business teams to provide reporting and support, helping to achieve the company's strategic priorities.
- *Role Overview**
As a Senior Financial Analyst on our US Customer Marketing team, you'll be a critical partner in driving business growth and revenue planning. You'll own dynamic financial modeling, champion the financial perspective in cross-functional teams, and present financial results with actionable insights. You'll also build cross-functional partnerships across multiple business teams to ensure clear understanding of program strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Own dynamic financial modeling contributing to the US revenue build
- Champion the financial perspective in cross-functional teams, leading with financial acumen, business knowledge, and expertise
- Present financial results with actionable insights to drive alignment to the strategic vision, and influence business leaders as a trusted financial advisor
- Build cross-functional partnerships across multiple business teams to ensure clear understanding of program strategies and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the Customer Loyalty leadership team to understand customer engagement strategies and translate the financial impact
- Set the discount budget and influence overall transaction projections
- *We'd Love to Hear from People with:**
- A Bachelor's degree or 4 or more years of US military experience
- 5 or more years of experience in a role performing financial analysis job functions, including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting
- 2 or more years of experience in a role using electronic financial modeling skills
- 3 or more years of experience in a role presenting financial analysis and recommendations to a business unit leader

- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence business leaders and stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills, with experience working across multiple business teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement

- *Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base pay: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
- Bonus: up to 20% of base pay
- Benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits
- Paid time off: 120 hours per year (190 hours in CA)
- Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year
- Personal days: 2 personal days per year
