As an Overnight Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients through various communication channels. You will work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your primary role will be to:
- Answer inbound calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage department inbox
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
- Work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management through various channels

- *Essential Qualifications**
- Associate degree or 2 years' experience in customer support or client relations
- Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times or as required for coverage
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Prioritizes delivering an exceptional customer experience and is dedicated to going the extra mile to achieve it

- Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software

- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a 24x7x365 operation
