As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding a variety of topics, including:

  • Billing inquiries
  • Disconnect/reconnect
  • Payment arrangements
  • Budget billings
  • Making payments
  • Processing trouble and outage orders
  • Move-in/out service
  • Assisting with My Account (online accounts)
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Answer inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Utilize computer navigation skills to access and update customer information
  • Type minimally 35-40 WPM to accurately document customer interactions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Multitask to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Adhere to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule
  • Work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • *Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Prior call center experience
  • Great attendance record
  • Computer navigation skills
  • Ability to type minimally 35-40 WPM
  • Great communication skills
  • Open to working overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Adhere to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule

To work from home, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
  • Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
  • Speed test results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
  • Camera requirements: cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)
