- *Responsibilities**
As a remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding a variety of topics, including:
- Billing inquiries
- Disconnect/reconnect
- Payment arrangements
- Budget billings
- Making payments
- Processing trouble and outage orders
- Move-in/out service
- Assisting with My Account (online accounts)
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner
- Utilize computer navigation skills to access and update customer information
- Type minimally 35-40 WPM to accurately document customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Multitask to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Adhere to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule
- Work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- *Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Prior call center experience
- Great attendance record
- Computer navigation skills
- Ability to type minimally 35-40 WPM
- Great communication skills
- Open to working overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Adhere to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule
- *Technical Requirements**
To work from home, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
- Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
- Speed test results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
- Camera requirements: cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)
