As a Bilingual Customer Service Credit Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, issues, and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, in English and Spanish
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, resolutions, and follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • **Age:** 18 years or older
  • **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • **Experience:** Call Center or Collections experience preferred; basic knowledge of data entry required
  • **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English and Spanish
  • **Problem-Solving Abilities:** Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • **Customer Focus:** A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support
  • **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in computer/technology, with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience
  • **Attendance:** Superb attendance, with the ability to be present and engaged throughout your shift with minimal to no distractions
  • **Internet Speed:** Internet speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload, with the ability to test your speed using www.speedtest.net
