  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, ensuring that every interaction is prompt, courteous, and professional.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department, demonstrating a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, adhering to careerzynith's high standards of data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication), with a strong foundation in customer support principles and practices.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and open communication.
