As a Data Entry/Indexing Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for providing high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images, performing document classification validation, and conducting data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images
  • Perform document classification validation of automatically classified documents
  • Conduct data validation of automatically extracted data from digital documents
  • Validate redaction of automatically applied redaction of digital documents
  • Perform manual meta-data indexing from digital documents
  • Ensure quality control of documents converted to digital format
  • Conduct check data validation of incoming checks
  • Reconcile check batch totals
  • Distribute check amounts to appropriate accounts as required by the customer
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Proficiency in typing (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality work
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and be flexible
  • Willingness to take a typing test and meet the required speed and accuracy standards
