Location: 100% Remote
Markets: Pennsylvania & East Coast
- Role Type: Full-Time | Small Base Salary + Commision paid weekly and monthly + Volume Bonuses
- ** 5+ years of sales experience (phone or inside sales preferred)
Salary: $95,000 – $175,000 annually

- Call and negotiate with homeowners looking to sell
- Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
- Analyze property values and estimate repair costs
- Make cash offers and negotiate win-win deals
- Work closely with our team to structure profitable transactions
- Track KPIs, follow scripts, and stay consistent with outreach
- Manage CRM tasks and follow-up systems
- This is a high-income skill role — everything will be taught, and the potential for growth is unlimited.What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence, positive attitude, and competitive mindset
- Coachable and motivated to improve daily
- Ability to work 9-6-7pm
- Basic computer skills and reliable internet
- Previous sales experience a plus, but not required
- Compensation
- Base Salary: $95,000 – $175,000 annually
- Performance & Deal Bonuses: Paid weekly for closed deals
